Your knife placement annoys me. They should be pointed down and should start with the chef’s knife, carving/utility knife, cheese knife and bread knife from left to right respectively.

Also does the rabbit hole whiskey taste fruity at all?

They’re all pointing up because I have a cabinet right about them and I like being able to actually grab them. Placement is for snobby fucks.

My brother bought me one of them 45-degree towers that holds them all handle-out. They have to be out in the open because you cannot unsheathe them from under a cabinet, so I support your system.
